Consumers should be free to purchase compatible transceiver modules without being subject to pressure and misinformation.
Our lifetime warranty does not expire. If you find anything wrong with any of our products, at any time, you can return to us and receive either repairs or a replacement at no extra charge. It could be 30 years later, and we would still honour the warranty provided you can produce the proof of purchase, along with the warranty information. The warranty also survives the transfer of ownership, so long as the original proof of ownership exists. You are guaranteed to get a warranty for SFPWorx Transceivers, DACs and Fibre Optic cables. SFPWorx products will not void your OEM warranty, and they present zero service-level risks. Consumer law protects you and your rights. IN-SYSTEM TESTED & CUSTOM PROGRAMMED

Our optics are initially programmed at the contract manufacturer for compatibility and then tested in-house within their intended system in SFPWorx environmental Test Lab, ensuring 100% guaranteed compatibility before they go out. Our products are rigorously tested and coded in our facilities to ensure the highest levels of performance. We perform 100% application testing in end-use conditions. Quality at convenient costs is guaranteed with us.
